The hours for this position are Monday – Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and production equipment within our manufacturing facility. On a daily basis, the LME works with electrical components, motors, and automated systems, collaborating closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support continuous production.This is an on-site position and will report to maintenance leadership. The hourly salary is $34 - $45 per hour.Job Requirements:Valid Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) license required 4,000+ hours of on-the-job electrical training or equivalent experience consistent with LME licensing requirementsExperience troubleshooting electrical systems, including motors, controls, and automated equipmentKnowledge of PLC systems, motor controls, and preventive maintenance programs in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsExperience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and voltage testersStrong understanding of OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout proceduresIf you are eager to join a company that values its employees, provides opportunities for growth, and contributes to making a difference in the world, then Lexington Manufacturing is the place for you.
