Graphic Designer

Design and build the emails for up to 8 client accounts. You work from a copy brief written by the strategist and turn it into finished, on-brand email creative in Figma and Klaviyo — anywhere between 100-160 designs per month. What you'll do

• Design campaign and flow emails from approved copy briefs
• Build and QA the designs you've implemented in the email platform (usually Klaviyo)
• Check every email on mobile, desktop and dark mode before it ships
• Keep a reusable module library for each account so builds get faster over time
• Flag problems in the brief instead of designing around them

What success looks like

• 95%+ of emails delivered on time
• All emails aligned with brand guide
• Prompt communication and timeliness with revision

What you need

• 3+ years designing email for ecommerce brands
• Strong Figma skills, comfortable inside someone else's design system
• Klaviyo experience (Omnisend, Mailerlite, Braze etc are a plus)
• A portfolio showing multiple brands and high volume
• Clear written English — you'll push back on briefs in writing

Nice to have: GIF/motion work, MMS creative
