What you’ll do:Partner closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize single and omni channel digital marketing campaignsWork closely with a cross-departmental team to support the execution of Frostbank.com projects and maintain the master backlog of upcoming initiativesBuild, test, and report on marketing emails following email marketing best practicesCollect and document business and user requirements for digital marketing initiatives, supporting the translation of those needs into actionable itemsAssists with analysis of Frost’s digital activity (web, mobile, digital media) that includes behavior analysis, traffic, campaign effectiveness, target segmentation and enhancements.Assists with planning and execution of digital marketing activities and campaignsAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; or equivalent experience in digital marketing2+ years of experience with marketing or digital campaignsExperience with website content management and/or digital marketingIntermediate to proficient HTML coding experience (email-building experience preferred)Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
