Opportunities for growth in the wine and hospitality industry Fun and welcoming team atmosphere What You’ll Do: Lead engaging wine tastings, sharing knowledge in a fun and approachable way Create memorable experiences for guests, helping them discover wines they love Assist with special wine events and exciting promotions Keep our tasting room beautifully stocked and displayedProcess sales and build lasting relationships with customers Work alongside a supportive and passionate team What We’re Looking For: A people-person who enjoys talking to guests and making them feel welcome Strong communication & public speaking skills Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfort with basic technology (Point of Sale system, Word, Excel) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (wine boxes can be heavy!) Weekend availability required Experience That’s a Plus (But Not Required!): Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience Previous wine knowledge (we’ll train you!)
