In a Warehouse Lead job you’ll be responsible for:
Coordinating and overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling
Assigning daily floor tasks, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring all orders are processed accurately to meet tight operational deadlines
Maintaining accurate inventory records, verifying storage locations, and conducting regular cycle counts, physical audits, and discrepancy investigations
Leading, monitoring, and supporting temporary labor and team associates to ensure peak productivity, quality standards, and adherence to company policies
Enforcing warehouse safety procedures, inspecting equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks), maintaining 5S housekeeping, and reporting hazards promptly
Providing daily operational updates and performance metrics directly to the Warehouse Manager
What you’ll need:
Previous warehouse experience with a proven background in inventory control
Active forklift certification and operating experience (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead temporary labor, delegate tasks effectively, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move materials as required by the position
Strong communication, organizational, and operational problem-solving skills

Schedule: Full-Time, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday (Day Shift, with occasional overtime opportunities)
