Warehouse Associate / Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator (Hiring Immediately)

Location: Alpharetta, GA 30004
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with shipping and receiving, be comfortable lifting heavy materials, and have proven experience operating both a stand-up reach truck and sit-down forklift .

This position requires a valid forklift certification/license.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate a stand-up reach truck and sit-down forklift safely.
• Pick, pack, stage, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Verify shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow instructions carefully and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Certification/License (REQUIRED).
• Minimum 2 years of stand-up reach truck experience (REQUIRED).
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift (REQUIRED).
• Previous shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
