In this role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled phone and Zoom appointments, answer questions, explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, and provide professional guidance throughout the enrollment process.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

About the Role

As a Virtual Customer Benefits Support Representative , you'll help create a positive client experience by combining customer service, benefits education, relationship building, and enrollment support .

You'll work with individuals and families virtually, helping them understand available coverage and providing the information they need to make informed decisions.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Benefits Support

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits clearly and professionally
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate benefit recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide professional follow-up and ongoing client support

Client Relationship Management

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients
• Assist with applicable policy reviews and beneficiary updates
• Schedule appointments and manage follow-up communication
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
• Respond to client questions with professionalism, accuracy, and care
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through ongoing service

Training & Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding
• Attend weekly training and coaching sessions
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced leaders
• Develop customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Build product and benefits knowledge
• Participate in leadership development opportunities

Weekly Performance-Based Compensation
