Job Description
This is what you will do:
Design user-centered interfaces
Analyze design challenges and understand complex topics
Conduct detailed user studies (interviews, observations, tests) with our community of 1300 users
Lead UX Research activities to inform product decisions and feed project roadmaps
Audit and evaluate existing interfaces, formulate ergonomic recommendations
Lead creativity and co-design workshops to generate innovative ideas
Design interactive mockups and prototypes on Figma, for various responsive multi-supports (mobile application, web, VR, etc.)
Use key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, user satisfaction, and usage rates to measure the impact of your solutions
Analyze results and adjust design solutions based on feedback and collected data
Contribute to the Design System
Design by prioritizing existing components and patterns before creating new elements
Master the UI foundations of the Design System: typography, colors, spacing, grids, interaction states
Create or refine UI components while respecting established conventions (naming, variants, properties, tokens)
Identify visual and functional inconsistencies, propose documented and argued evolutions
Participate in evolution reviews and enrich usage documentation
Ensure the visual and functional consistency of product journeys and interfaces
Spread the UX culture
Communicate the results of user tests and spread the UX culture within the company
Work closely with product managers to align product vision and user needs
Work closely with developers around a common language
Integrate digital accessibility requirements from the design stage
Contribute to raising the organization's UX maturity, particularly by valuing the lessons learned from our user community
Your profile
Indispensable
Expertise in ergonomic and UX design methodologies: user research, interviews, tests, interface design
Proven experience in conducting user interviews (preparation, facilitation, analysis)
Strong skills in UI Design: mastery of visual principles (typography, colors, spacing, grids), attention to detail, ability to produce clean and coherent interfaces
Confirmed experience in using an existing Design System: effective use of components, patterns, and established rules, understanding of its governance and ability to contribute to its improvement (we are not looking for a Design System Lead profile)
Experience in UX Research: conducting qualitative and/or quantitative studies, synthesizing insights, presenting to product teams
Experience collaborating with product managers in an agile or product context
Very good mastery of Figma: components, variants, shared libraries, variables, and design tokens
Knowledge of digital accessibility principles (RGAA) and ability to integrate them from the design stage
Understanding of implementation constraints and ease of working with development teams
Desired
Ability to document design decisions and write clear usage rules
Knowledge of the fundamentals of GDPR applied to interfaces
Experience working with user communities or regular test panels
Plus
Experience in supporting teams in appropriating the Design System
Experience in a public environment or in a sector with strong regulatory constraints
Sensitivity to issues of digital education or accessibility of public services
Level 6 Bachelor's Degree/equivalent diplomas
