You will lead the digitization effort, validate 3‑D models, and ensure seamless collaboration with external partners.Your responsibilities will include:Lead the C130 digitization efforts for the AMMM Airframe Design team.Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.Serve as primary point of contact for the contractor team to ensure quality and quantity of supplied engineers in alignment with the Statement of Work.Assign work scope, manage supplier relationships, prioritize tasks, and report metrics.Review and validate 3D part and assembly models in Catia V5 for accuracy and clash analysis.What’s In It For YouWe are committed to supporting your work‑life balance and overall well‑being, offering flexible scheduling options. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.Basic Qualifications-- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Mechanical, Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering -- Management or Team Lead Experience -- Experience with airframe design/development, production support and sustainment support.-- Experience with Catia V5, NX/Teamcenter or similar PLM/CAD toolset-- 10+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
