Senior Scrum Master

Your Opportunity

We are looking for an amazing, talented Senior Scrum Master to join the Client team.

Your primary responsibility will be as a scrum master for about 2 scrum teams focused on the people and interactions necessary to help the public cloud platform development teams achieve their commitments to delivering value with an Agile mindset. You understand how agile software development teams work and love using data to show how well a team is doing.

You’re a great communicator of what’s going on with your scrum teams because you work closely with the teams and are just as committed to meeting team goals.

What You Are Good At

• Daily scrum execution for at least 2 software development scrum teams
• Excellent communicator, experienced with implementing small, but impactful adjustments to improve scrum team efficiency
• Facilitate collaboration between the product and engineering teams to communicate and develop the product vision and roadmap
• Expert at creating automated Jira reports with JQL filters and other Jira tools to help team identify key metrics
• Tracks and promotes awareness of metrics so the team can assess trends
• Work with product owners and development managers to ensure backlog is groomed and refined into clear, concise items
• Remove impediments and suggest improvements
• Recognize dependencies and work with the team on showing dependencies and linkages in Jira
• Organize, collect KPIs and Metrics to manage OKRs for the public cloud development teams.
