In this role, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information about their benefits, helping them understand their options while providing outstanding service and ongoing support.

As a Remote Client Support Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing guidance, answering questions, and delivering exceptional service throughout the client experience.
You'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while remaining connected to a collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused virtual team.
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products and services clearly and professionally
Assist clients with enrollment paperwork and benefit updates
Review existing coverage and discuss available options
Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Build trust through professionalism and empathy
Develop long-term client relationships
Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
Support families with integrity and compassion
Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
Attend team meetings and coaching sessions
Continue developing communication, leadership, and client service skills
Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
