Momentum ABA Services is currently hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician . This position is located in Naperville, IL . and is a part-time position. If you are an RBT or interested in becoming an RBT with an industry leading team of professionals providing top notch ABA therapy services to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities, then we would love to speak with you ! As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing individualized support plans under the guidance and supervision of the Behavior Analyst. The RBT will implement behavior plan strategies, teach skill acquisition, and assist with individualized goals and objectives in home, community, and clinic-based settings as indicated by the needs of the individuals we support. Benefits (Part-time): Life Assistance Program Paid Vacation/Sick Credit Union Benefits and Discounts $750.00 Referral Bonus Program Retirement Plan (403B) Direct Deposit Hands-On Training Reliable Schedule Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides one-on-one ABA services to clients Understands and implements each client’s individual support plan under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst Provides feedback and insight to clinical team regarding client’s support plan Obtains and maintains Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Protects the health and safety of clients and fellow employees by following appropriate health and safety protocols and procedures Performs other duties as assigned to meet departments and/or business needs Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; required At least one (1) year of experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities; preferred Current and valid RBT certification; preferred, not required Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Communicate and work professionally and cooperatively with others Successfully pass all post offer, pre-employment screening requirements including criminal background check, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds Valid and current proof of legal right to drive; required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Ideal Candidates: A fun and engaging personality The stamina to play hard and work hard!
