Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Wheatley Heights, New York Company: Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time OR Full-Time | Daytime Hours Location: In-person – Wheatley Heights, New York Pay: $22 - $25 per hour About the Role Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Wheatley Heights, New York. In this role, you will work one‑on‑one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.
