Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and document data on client progress. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients. Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians. Continue with professional development. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour Part-Time #1: Thursday 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM & Tuesday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Part-Time #2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2-6 PM + Tuesday 9 - 2 PM + Saturday 9AM - 1 PM Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Energetic and proactive RBT needed. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required. Ability to pass background check.
