Job Description
MSC Appliance is a 5-star rated company and a fast-paced appliance repair shop in need of an Experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our team!
We do offer ongoing training for intermediate & advanced level technicians, but do require experience and background in refrigeration and general appliance repair. The scope of work will consist of refrigeration for all types of home appliances, but will also include general repair for all other home appliances such as dryers, ranges, washing machines, microwaves, and dishwashers.
The work week is based on 40-hour full time employment plus possible overtime as needed.
We do offer paid holidays, an IRA retirement program and Aflac insurances to all of our employees after the 90-day probation period.
Pay is dependent on experience; Intermediate techs will start at $17/hour with possible increase in pay offered after the 90-day probation period, and will vary based on efficiency, and skill at $17/hour - $25/hour.
