Luxor Staffing is hiring a Industrial Technician paying $25 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

• 6am to 3:30pm

Essential Functions:

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial refrigeration systems.
• Replace refrigeration system components following LOTO procedures and PSM requirements.
• Perform refrigerant pump-outs and evacuations for repairs and valve replacements.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration, HVAC, and warehouse equipment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Test, calibrate, and evaluate equipment performance using diagnostic instruments.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Test safety equipment and systems to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 6S initiatives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial refrigeration and/or industrial maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in industrial refrigeration.
• RETA Operator I certification or equivalent industrial ammonia refrigeration training preferred.
• CARO and/or CIRO certification preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing control systems (Allen-Bradley, ALTA, or similar).
• Ability to complete required refrigeration and maintenance training programs.
• HAZMAT certification required (or ability to obtain and maintain).
• Experience with CMMS systems; SAP preferred.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
