Retail Associate – The UPS Store #4747 (Nederland, TX) Starting Pay $14/ Hour 6 Days a week - Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays and Sundays (Minimum 34 Hours per week) We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and ready to jump in wherever needed. As a Retail Associate, you’ll help with shipping, packing, and printing, but the real heart of the job is making people feel welcome and cared for. If you like helping people, working as part of a team, and keeping busy with a mix of tasks, you’ll fit right in here. What You’ll Do Day to Day * Greet customers so they know they’re in the right place * Help find simple solutions for their shipping, printing, or packing needs * Ring up purchases and handle payments * Pack items safely for shipping and process drop-offs * Use printers, copiers, and other office tools (don’t worry, we’ll train you) * Keep things tidy, stocked, and organized * Step in to help teammates when the store gets busy * Take care of small cleaning tasks to keep the shop looking good What We’re Hoping For * Some customer service experience (retail or service jobs are great, but not required) * Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn our systems * Friendly, patient, and a good listener * Team player who isn’t afraid to pitch in * Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during your shift * Reliable, on time, and professional in how you show up Why Work With Us?We’re a small team that values respect, teamwork, and initiative.
