Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Base + Upside Commission

We are seeking a motivated, licensed insurance sales professional to join our Allstate agency. This position is focused on selling and closing , not prospecting for your own leads. We provide all leads , allowing our producers to spend their time quoting, following up, building relationships, and converting opportunities into new business.

The ideal candidate is competitive, comfortable on the phone, organized with follow-up, and capable of confidently recommending auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other personal insurance products based on each customer's needs.

Responsibilities

• Work agency-provided inbound and outbound sales leads
• Quote and sell auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, and other personal lines products
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers
• Identify opportunities to bundle policies and increase household penetration
• Explain coverage options and make appropriate recommendations
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in our CRM
• Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals
• Develop referral opportunities from new and existing customers
• Provide a professional, high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Proven ability to close sales and overcome objections
• Comfortable working in a goal-driven sales environment
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and use insurance quoting systems and CRM software
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
