ETC is hiring interns for the summer of 2027! This is an on-site position in our Middleton WI office

Some of the duties you may be doing:
Review and scan old contracts and support materials into software contract management system
Perform administrative and support functions as directly related to contract management
Conduct legal research
Compile analyze and communicate findings of above research
Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts
Learns department and corporate policies procedures and plans
Complete special projects and requests in a timely and positive fashion
Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with a Law degree in progress
GPA: 3.0 or higher; Please attach your most recent unofficial transcript to your application materials
Computer skills required (Excel Word Internet Explorer Windows).
Strong organizational prioritization skills and attention to detail
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality
The ability to research and analyze various different types of data or information.
Able to project a friendly and professional demeanor
