System Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, user permissions, and overall system performance to ensure a stable and efficient environment. Ensure appropriate licensing (type and quantity) are in place to assure effectivity and serviceability. Experience And Skills 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in Atlassian tool administration (Jira and Confluence). Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with Jira. Python and / or scripting experience in customization of these applications Problem‑Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively. Must be a US person Effective communication and presentation skills. This role interacts directly with customers, management and engineering personnel. Serves as key liaison between technical teams and the developer community Proficiency in analysis and problem‑solving techniques in support of professional scientific/engineering work Works independently and with others within established teams, across organizations, to meet established goals within schedule driven timelines. Preferred Skills/Experience DevOps Tools: Experience connecting Jira with other business and technical tools such as JAMA, Jenkins and Deltek’s CostPoint.
