Role Overview: Food Runner

As a Food Runner at Soda Club, you are a critical part of the guest experience — connecting the kitchen and dining room with speed, precision, and hospitality. You’ll help maintain the rhythm and flow of service while ensuring every plate arrives accurately, beautifully, and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a high-volume, hospitality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food accurately and efficiently from kitchen to guests
• Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Support seamless dining room flow during high-volume service
• Assist with table maintenance, bussing, resetting, and polishing
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations
• Anticipate guest and team needs proactively
• Uphold sanitation, food safety, and service standards
• Support opening and closing side work
• Assist with events and special service shifts as needed

What We’re Looking For Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Sense of urgency with attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry plates for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Bonus Points

• Interest in wine, cocktails, or hospitality culture
• Experience in high-volume or nightlife-driven environments
• Multilingual abilities

• Evening and late-night shifts
