Requirements Admitted to practice in Florida. 3+ years of litigation experience in family law and/or criminal law. Reside within 30 miles of downtown St.Petersburg (on‑site role). Strong legal research and writing skills; proficient in Westlaw or Lexis. Proficient with Microsoft Office, cloud tools, and open to using AI responsibly. Effective communicator with clients, courts, and team members. Capable of critical thinking, strategic problem‑solving, and handling challenging conversations. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Florida. Skills Legal research and writing. Case strategy development. Client communication and courtroom advocacy. Collaboration with legal support staff.
