Renewal by Andersen is expanding its Direct Marketing Team in the greater Orange County Area. This role involves engaging in door‑to‑door canvassing to generate qualified leads and support our mission to upgrade homeowner experience. This position offers base pay starting at $23 an hour and uncapped incentive from sales appointments. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 on‑target earnings in the first year. Responsibilities Generate leads through door‑to‑door campaigning in the assigned territory. Transport to territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally. Accurately record data using the Renewal by Andersen mapping program. Maintain neat appearance, proper uniform, and required municipality permits. Attend company meetings and provide input to improve the canvassing program. Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, products, and current promotional offerings. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years experience. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum age of 18 for company driving insurance policy. Reliable transportation to navigate territory. Strong verbal communication skills. Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated. Comfortable navigating multiple tablet platforms. Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day.
