Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Remote (US)
Duration: 2 Months
Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST (Thursdays & Fridays OFF)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support drivers across the US. In this role, you will answer calls, process transactions, and resolve roadside service issues with urgency and compassion. Successful team members may qualify to work from home.

Responsibilities: Close

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Process transactions and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Strengthen client-customer relationships through effective communication.
• Navigate systems efficiently to provide complete responses.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
• Prior customer service and call center experience required.
• Flexibility with overtime, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and compassion.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without . sponsorship.

Preferred Experience:

• Roadside assistance or transportation industry background.
