  • Serve as the primary construction liaison with General Contractors, trade superintendents, and project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across internal teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of construction progress, changes, issues, and completed work; prepare and distribute progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support safety initiatives by collaborating with safety teams, conducting site reviews, and ensuring adherence to PPE and safety requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide updates on installation status and address risks or concerns.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes.
  • Track, document, and report performance against established KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project scheduling tools, including development of schedules, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience in building automation or HVAC controls environments.
  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors across multiple sites.
