Role Overview: Chief of Staff


As Chief of Staff, you'll serve as the operational glue of the company-ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and cross-team coordination is seamless. You'll help streamline workflows, improve internal communication, and support leadership with day-to-day operations.

You'll also contribute to initiatives across marketing, product management, CRM, scheduling/logistics, app testing, partnerships , and user engagement , making this an ideal role for a proactive, versatile generalist.

Responsibilities

1. Team Coordination & Task Management
2. Use tools like Asana and Slack to keep projects and deadlines organized across the team.
3. Project Execution
4. Lead and assist with cross-functional projects involving marketing, design , and product development .
5. Executive Support
6. Support the CEO and CTO by managing daily tasks and people operations.
7. Culture Building
8. Help foster a strong team culture, build camaraderie, and make it exciting to come to work every day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management , or a similar function; startup experience preferred .
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Highly organized , detail-oriented, and structured.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and handling evolving assignments.
• A self-starter who's comfortable operating without detailed instructions.
• Bonus: Passionate about sports, startups, and delivering great user experiences.
