Compensation: $18.00–$23.00 per hour

Just Pull It Dental is looking for a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our Port Richey team. Our practice specializes exclusively in dental extractions and urgent dental care, allowing our clinical team to focus on providing efficient, compassionate treatment in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Position Overview
As a Certified Dental Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting dentists during extraction procedures while helping ensure an efficient and positive experience for every patient. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and thrives in a busy clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Chairside Clinical Support

• Assist dentists during simple and surgical tooth extractions
• Prepare patients and treatment rooms before procedures
• Take and process digital dental radiographs
• Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories

Clinical Operations

• Follow OSHA, sterilization, and infection control protocols
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical equipment
• Complete accurate patient charting and documentation
• Support efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with dentists and fellow clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and patient-focused environment
• Assist with additional clinical duties as needed

Qualifications

• Active Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification required
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant required
• Experience assisting with oral surgery or extraction procedures preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Evening availability required
• Saturday availability preferred
