Atlantic Pacific Standard, LLC (APS) is seeking experienced Carpenters, Framers, and Drywall Installers to join our growing team. We are an established commercial and government construction contractor specializing in high-quality construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects.

We are looking for skilled, dependable, and safety-conscious individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and can perform a variety of carpentry, framing, and drywall installation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial, government, and municipal construction projects.
• Install metal and wood framing, including walls, partitions, ceilings, and structural components.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing materials according to blueprints and specifications.
• Install drywall, including measuring, cutting, hanging, fastening, and finishing preparation.
• Install doors, frames, hardware, trim, blocking, and other finish carpentry components.
• Perform demolition, remodeling, repairs, and tenant improvements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and other trades to meet project schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards, building codes, and project requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred in commercial carpentry, framing, or drywall installation.
• Experience with metal stud framing and commercial drywall systems strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency with construction hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift construction materials, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work on government and military installations, including meeting applicable background screening and access requirements.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
