About the Role:

Mind Designs Inc is looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team in Bohemia, NY! Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install custom cabinets and millwork to precise specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Operate woodworking machinery including table saws, routers, joiners, and sanders
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, laminates, and other materials with accuracy
• Apply finishes, stains, and hardware to completed cabinetry
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all pieces meet company and client standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Carpenter, or similar woodworking role
• Proficiency with hand tools and power woodworking equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Knowledge of wood types, laminates, finishes, and hardware
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a shop environment
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
