Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Manage food cost and inventory to maximize profitability
• Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Assist in new restaurant openings and ensure successful launches
• Provide leadership and direction to restaurant staff

Required Skills:

• Experience in restaurant management
• Strong guest service skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to manage costs and drive profitability
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• ServSafe Certification
• Experience in creative marketing strategies
• Knowledge of retail management
• Leadership development experience
• Strong cooking skills

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $50,000.00

Maximum Salary: $65,000.00
