The Impact You'll MakeDanfoss is seeking an Account Manager to own and expand our relationship with premire customers in the Commercial and Speciality markets. In this critical role, you will be the central point of contact for our largest partners, responsible for protecting our current business while strategically driving long-term, profitiable growth. You will act as the vital link between the customer and Danfoss, ensuring their needs are met and their success is our priority. What You’ll Be DoingStrategic Account Growth:Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand share-of-wallet within major accounts.Identify and secure new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure strong commercial terms.Conduct regular business reviews to align with customer goals and discover evolving needs.Relationship & Operational Excellence:Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.Serve as the "voice of the customer" within Danfoss, championing their needs across internal teams.Proactively manage customer scorecards, ensuring top performance in delivery, quality, and responsiveness.Oversee the entire order-to-delivery process, collaborating with supply chain and operations to guarantee on-time, accurate shipments.Cross-Functional Leadership:Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality) to resolve issues, address quality concerns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Effectively communicate Danfoss's capabilities, product updates, and value proposition to the customer.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering.5+ years of strategic sales or account management experience, preferably with major OEM clients.Proven ability to apply technical products to meet OEM requirements.Experience in quoting, pricing analysis, and leading cost-reduction initiatives.Project or program management experience is highly preferred.A collaborative leader with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex customer relationships.Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally).What You'll Get from UsWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
